4. Approval of Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 28th November 2024 and any matters arising
5. District Councillor Report – To hear a report from the District Councillors
6. Public Question Time – Meeting adjourned for 15 minutes to hear public questions
7. Planning Applications:
a) Update on existing planning applications & current planning matters
b) Discuss and agree a response to the following planning application:
None
8. Finance:
a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk and note quarter 3 payments and receipts summary
9. Grant application – To discuss and agree an application to District Councillor Grants to redirect funds awarded for the centre of the village
10. Traffic calming measures/traffic improvements– To agree approach and next steps.
11. Playground repairs – To consider annual playground repairs and costs.
12. Upper Green – To discuss and approve costs for tree planting
13. St Nicholas Church – To consider work and costs and discuss next steps
14. Annual Parish Assembly – To agree a date for the Annual Parish Assembly (must be between 1st March and 1st June).
15. EXCLUSION OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AND PRESS
The Motion “In accordance with the provisions of Sections 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admissions Act 1960 the press and public be excluded from the meeting by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted” The Exempt Session is being held to discuss the salary review for the Clerk with related terms of employment.
