Monthly Parish Council meetings
Monthly Parish Council meetings run from The Kingsley Centre. The Parish Council normally meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at the Kingsley Centre, starting at 7.30pm Members of the public are welcome to attend and there is an opportunity for members of the public to address the meeting.
Under this item, members of the public can ask questions which the Council will either answer there and then or undertake to find out more information before the next meeting. You do not need to give notice of these questions prior to the meeting.
The Council may decide to allow members of the public to participate in agenda items that have a lot of public interest. In these cases you can make representations, present evidence, clarify information or express opinions.
If you wish to make a formal presentation or statement to the Parish Council on a particular agenda item, please could you let the Clerk know in writing (email is fine) prior to the meeting.
