d) To confirm the dates for the exercise of public rights to inspect accounting records to be Wednesday 03 June 2026 to Tuesday 14 July 2026.
e) To confirm no conflict of interest with BDO LLP (External Auditor)
10. Insurance – To review the cover provided in the current long term (3 year – end 31/05/2027) agreement with
Zurich.
11. Finance:
a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk and note quarter 4 payments and receipts summary and end of year finances.
12. Grants Received – To consider a request for funding
13. Grants – To consider an application to District Councillor, Community Grant scheme for improvements to the allotment.
14. EHDC Strategic CIL Bidding Window – To discuss and approve draft application for playground improvements
