5. District Councillor Report – To hear a report from the District Councillors
6. Public Question Time – Meeting adjourned for 15 minutes to hear public questions
7. Planning Applications:
a) Update on existing planning applications & current planning matters
b) Discuss and agree a response to the following planning application:
SDNP/20/00948/FUL Willow Cottage Rookery Farm Lane Kingsley Bordon GU35 9NN – Two dwellings with associated parking following demolition of existing dwelling and identified outbuildings
57573/001 Land and Buildings South of Kingsley Tennis Centre, Forge Road, Kingsley, Bordon. Use of land for charcoal making and related external storage
8. Finance:
a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk
9. Funding Update on Lower Green – to hear an update on S106 application ready for sign off on the village green
10. New website – to review and vote on three quotes from website developers/providers to make the parish council website compliant with accessibility and transparency regulations due to come into force in September 2020.
11. Standing Orders – To review current standing orders and if significant changes are needed ahead of sign off in May.
12. Assets Register – To update and confirm the Asset Register.
13. Lengthsman scheme – To update on new contractor and call for any possible jobs to be sent to Parish Clerk
14. Grant Requests – To be considered and agree actions.
15. Agenda items for next meeting – To suggest items for inclusion at the next Council meeting
