a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
7. Upper Green Playground Maintenance – To consider additional costs for playground maintenance repairs to clean equipment of algae/lichen growth and apply anti-fungal inhibitor to prolong life of timber. Cost £377 + VAT to be funded from general reserves.

9. EXCLUSION OF MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AND PRESS
The Motion “In accordance with the provisions of Sections 1(2) of the Pubic Bodies (Admissions to Meetings)
Act 1960 the press and public be excluded from the meeting by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted”.
The Exempt Session is being held to discuss the appointment of a new Clerk with related salary and terms of employment.
