7. Planning Applications:
a) Update on existing planning applications & current planning matters
b) Discuss and agree a response to the following planning application:

Conversion of existing barn for school activities and new modular classroom with associated parking and landscaping
8. Finance:
a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk and note quarter 3 payments and receipts summary
c) To consider and agree options of new banking arrangements
9. Training – To agree costs of new clerk training at a cost of approx £60 plus £99 for ILCA (split cost with Worldham Parish Council) Funded under General Reserves
10. Ongoing support for Clerk – To consider and agree a budget for Clerk support during probationary period.
11. Update on Lower Green – to hear an update on improvements for village green
12. Developers Contributions – To agree to use CIL and potential S106 contributions for funding future work on Lower Green
13. Lengthsman Scheme – To consider tasks to add to the Lengthsman list and review outstanding funding
