b) Discuss and agree a response to the following planning application:

New garage to side of property, conversion of existing double garage into habitable accommodation, and first floor extension over garage
8. Finance:
a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk
9. New Ways of working – To consider and agree a discussion paper proposing that we operate a “Lead Councillor” system.
10. Funding Update on Lower Green – to hear an update on funding/S106 on the village green
11. Community Engagement – To consider ways to increase community engagement
12. New website – Provision of a new website or updates to existing to comply with new website accessibility regulations.
13. Road closure – To consider and agree road closure during Remembrance Service.
14. Parish Assembly – To agree a date for the Annual Parish Assembly (must be between 1st March and 1st June)
