7. Planning Applications:
a) Update on existing planning applications & current planning matters:

8. Internal Audit Report – To note the contents of the internal audit report prepared by Do the Numbers Ltd and agree any actions required by the Council
9. Annual Return & Governance Statements 2024/2025
a) To note the Annual Internal Audit Report signed by the Internal Auditor
b) To consider & agree responses to the Accounting Statements in Section 1 and approve Section 1
c) To approve the Accounting Statements in Section 2
d) To confirm the dates for the exercise of public rights to inspect accounting records to be Monday 2nd June to Friday 11th July 2025
e) To confirm no conflict of interest with BDO LLP (External Auditor)
10. Finance:
a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk and note quarter 4 payments and receipts summary and end of year finances.
11. Insurance – To review the cover provided in the current long term (3 year – end 31/05/2026) agreement with Zurich.
12. St Nicholas Cemetery – To review, update and confirm cemetery fees.
13. St Nicholas Church – To review quotes for electrical work and agree next steps
14. Upper Green Works – To review and agree next steps and costs
15. East Hampshire District Council Draft Affordable Housing SPD consultation – To consider and agree comments (Deadline 28th April 2025)
16. Hampshire County Council Future Services Consultation – To consider and agree comments (Deadline 7th May 2025)
17. Agenda items for next meeting – To suggest items for inclusion at the next Council meeting
