5. District Councillor Report – To hear a report from the District Councillors
6. Public Question Time – Meeting adjourned for 15 minutes to hear public questions
7. Confirm Council leads for the following:

8. Appoint councillors as representatives to any outside bodies and agree reporting terms to Council
9. Review of Council’s Procedures – To agree council policies and procedures to include Standing Orders, Financial Regulations, Publication Scheme, FOI requests, GDPR & press/media.
10. Code of Conduct – To consider and adopt an updated Code of Conduct based on the EHDC adopted code.
11. Risk Assessment – To consider and adopt a risk assessment based on the recommendation from the Internal Auditor

Change of use of land for the siting of one log cabin for the purposes of tourism, general landscaping, and connection to new drainage system.

a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk and note quarter 1 payments and receipts summary
c) To approve Parish CIL Neighbourhood Portion Annual Report for 2020-2021
14. Upper Green:
a) To consider and agree a contractor for Annual Inspection report
b) To discuss and agree clean up costs
15. Community events schedule Autumn/Winter – To consider and agree any events
16. Review of Parliamentary Constituencies consultation – To consider and agree a response
17. SDNPA Design Guide SPD consultation – To consider and agree a response
18. Planning applications on KPC website – To consider how to display planning applications
19. Highways Kingsley 2021- To update on the scheduled works.
