a) Update on existing planning applications & current planning matters
b) Discuss and agree a response to the following planning application:
EHDC-25-0037-FUL Kingsley Tennis Centre, The Dome Forge Road, Kingsley, Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 9NG
Proposed extension to the main building (the Hall) and internal reconfiguration to include 7 indoor padel tennis courts with an ancillary cafe/bar and shop, together with external works to include the provision of 2 outdoor padel tennis courts covered by a canopy structure, the reconfiguration of car parking, cycle parking, bin storage, landscaping and associated works.

Application to determine if prior approval is required for a change of use an agricultural building to a larger dwellinghouse (Class C3) and for building operations reasonably necessary for the conversion. The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development etc.)(England)(Amendment) Order 2024- Article 10.

12. Annual Parish Assembly -To agree a date for the Annual Parish Assembly (between 1st March & 1st June).
13. SDNPA’s 2024/25 call for projects for CIL funding – To discuss and agree an application
