d) To confirm the dates for the exercise of public rights to inspect accounting records to be Monday 15th June to Friday 24th July 2021

10. Finance:
a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk and note quarter 4 payments and receipts summary and end of year finances.

11. Asset Register – To update and confirm the inventory of land and assets owned by the Parish Council

12. Insurance Cover- To review the cover provided in the current long term agreement with Zurich

13. CIL Neighbourhood Portions – To consider and agree if the council would like to receive payment of the Neighbourhood Portion.

14. Grants requests – To be considered and agree actions.

15. Code of Conduct: To consider and adopt an updated Code of Conduct based on the EHDC adopted code.

16. St Nicholas Cemetery – To review, update and confirm cemetery fees.

17. The Green Room School – To discuss and agree any tasks that the Duke of Edinburgh students could conduct for the parish council.

18. Lengthsman scheme- To consider and agree tasks to add to the Lengthsman list.

19. DELEGATION SCHEME IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK: To consider a resolution to adopt an interim measure as follows:
In response to the government decision not to extend the regulations to allow Parish and Town Councils and Parish Meetings to meet remotely and in accordance with the HALC recommendation that council meetings are kept to a minimum from 7th May until 21st June and to update the delegation scheme before 7th May to ensure that key decisions can be made during this period, including managing the signing of the AGAR, the Clerk shall have delegated authority to make decisions on behalf of the Council where such decision cannot reasonably be deferred and must be made in order to comply with a commercial or statutory deadline. This will be carried out where possible by consultation with Members by email or telephone. The Clerk will further consult with the Chair for guidance as necessary. The delegation does not extend to matters expressly reserved to the Council in legislation or in its Standing Orders or Financial Regulations. Any decisions made under this delegation must be recorded in writing and must in published in accordance with the relevant regulations. This delegated authority ceases upon the first meeting of the Council after the Council meeting at which the delegation was put in place.

20. Parish Assembly – To confirm in light of the above the Annual Parish Assembly date.
