7. Planning Applications:
a) Update on existing planning applications & current planning matters
b) Discuss and agree a response to the following planning application:
27877/026 Sandhill Farm, Picketts Hill, Headley, Bordon, GU35 8TF
Extension of existing agricultural building to include roof solar and engineering works on land for ground source heat facilities

8. Finance:
a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk
c) To agree new councillor to be added to bank mandate
d) To agree the budget and set the precept for 2023/2024
9. Playground repairs – To consider annual playground repairs and repairs.
10. Sandy Lane – To feedback reference meeting with owners and agree next steps
11. Speed Indicator Device (SID)– To discuss and agree operation management/working party
12. Training – To discuss and agree any councillor training needs
13. Asset Register – To update and confirm the Asset Register.
14. Village Plan – To update and discuss potential new local plan
