a) Update on existing planning applications & current planning matters
b) Update on existing enforcement matters

a) To approve payments included on Payment Schedule
b) To receive a Financial Report from the Clerk for the 2nd quarter
c) To agree a direct debit for payments to Castle Water
9. Draft Budget 2023/2024 – To consider the first draft 2023/2024 budget
10. Remembrance Day – To consider donation and to appoint a representative from the Parish Council to lay the memorial wreath.
11. Carols on the Green – To agree a budget provision and confirm details of the event
12. Memorial to HRH The Queen – To consider and discuss public request for a local memorial.
13. SDNPA CIL Funding – To consider possible SDNPA CIL bids and create a working party
14. St Nicholas Church – To hear an update and agree working party members
15. Lengthsman – To agree jobs for next visit.
