5. District Councillor Report – To hear a report from the District Councillors
6. Public Question Time – Meeting adjourned for 15 minutes to hear public questions
7. Planning Applications:

1. a)  Update on existing planning applications & current planning matters
2. b)  Update on existing enforcement matters
3. c)  Discuss and agree a response to the following planning application:

   58934 FUL Land East of, 14 Dean Field, Kingsley, Bordon

   Change of use of land to use as a residential caravan site for 2 gypsy families, each with 2 caravans including no more than one static caravan/mobile home with the laying of hardstanding and 2 amenity buildings

   Raising levels of an agricultural field with imported soils to solve a drainage issue. Deadline 31st October 2020

   Change of use of Oakland Farm and associated land holdings from Agriculture and B8 (Open Storage) to

   mixed use Agriculture, B8 (Open Storage) and Seasonal Event Space associated with the holding of a Religious Festival associated with the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association; alongside the provision of external storage space, new landscape and revised ventilation and extraction equipment in association with the onsite kitchen.

   4. d)  To note amended figures for box 4 and 6 of AGAR
   5. e)  Consider the first draft 2021/2022 budget
9. Grants – To be considered and agree actions
10. Playground inspection – Consider playground inspection report and to appoint a working party to consider playground improvements.

11. Website working party – To appoint a website working party for ongoing management and design

12. Remembrance Day – To consider proposed road closure, payment of a memorial wreath and to appoint a representative from the Parish Council to lay the memorial wreath anticipating a smaller event will be allowed (Covid-19 restrictions).
13. Carols on the Green – To agree next steps in relation to Covid-19 restrictions, possible alternatives and a new lead councillor.
14. St Nicholas’ Cemetery Regulations – to consider amended regulations to allow for wooden memorials following a recent request.
15. Moles – Consider a request to employ pest control at St Nicholas’ Cemetery and Upper Green.
